These documents need to be submitted prior to arrival:

• Copy of passport
• Copy of visa (for non-Europeans ONLY)
• An original copy of your birth certificate translated into French provided by the French consulate or embassy of your home country (with the apostil) or a European birth certificate (multi-language) issued within the last 3 months with several copies
• A copy of your immunization (health) record
• International insurance covering repatriation, civil liability and extra health expenses
