About the program:

The semester exchange program is a study program in which students pursue education at one of the international partner institutions for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

Guidelines for Semester Exchange

Select University: Choose a partner university from the list provided.

Course Suitability and Semester Timeline: Evaluate the suitability of the courses offered at the chosen university Confirm the language of instruction and semester timeline.

Access Course Information: Visit the partner university's website to find course lists and factsheets.

Seek Approvals: After ensuring that the exchange program meets your criteria, obtain approvals from your faculty advisor and the Head of Department (HoD).

Nomination procedure: Once the approvals are taken from the department, students should submit the necessary documents required for nomination to the Office of Global Engagement.

Application procedure: The Office of Global Engagement will verify your submitted documents and initiate the application process with the partner university.

Please submit your nomination and application before the deadline (Nominations are to be submitted before 6 p.m. of the specified deadline date)

Eligibility criteria:

Students should not have any backlogs Should have at least a CGPA of 7.5 (preferably) and if we recieve many nominations for a particular university then CGPA criteria will be considered in selection.

Documents required:

To be nominated, interested students should submit the below-mentioned documents separately in PDF format: "1) Duly filled Letter-of-Approval form (signed by Faculty Advisor and Head of Department)" 2). Passport copy 3). Official transcripts Please choose your preferred university from the partner list and complete the Letter of Approval with approvals from the faculty advisor and HoD. Please note: The Partner university reserves the right to choose whether to accept/decline nominations based on their admission criteria or other reasons.
